Driver card
Delivered for 5 years, this white coloured card identifies the driver
and records his activities. Its data has to be downloaded for legal
archiving each 28 days period.
Company card
Delivered for 5 years to tachograph equipped vehicle owners, the
company card is often used by fleets’ managers to display, to download
or to print recorded data. Company card also allows locking access to
data belonging to the firm.
Workshop card
Delivered for 1 year to tachographs and vehicles manufacturers or to
registered workshops, the red coloured workshop card identifies the
card holder and the associated workshop. Its allows to test, to program
and to calibrate chronotachographs. It is also required to maintain the
device and to download recorded data. Workshop card data has to be
downloaded for legal archiving each 28 days period.
Control card
Delivered for 5 years to local authorities concerned, the blue coloured
control card identifies the authority and the person in charge of
controls. It allows to read, to print or to download tachographs or
driver cards recorded data, in order to check possible infringements.
